RUSH ROAD TESTS

What information is needed from me to schedule my road test?

When you contact us, we will take your name, phone number, permit number, date of birth, and ZIP code.

How quickly will I get my test?

Within 10, or even 5 business days, depending on which one of our road test options you choose.

Is my Rush Road Test appointment scheduled right when I call?

One of our representatives will typically reach out to you within 2-3 business days.

How much will this cost me?

We have four different rush road test options, each with a different price. Check them out and decide which works best for you.

When do I pay for my Rush Road Test appointment?

If you choose our Classic Rush Road Test option, payment is required at the time of the order. For all of our other road test options, payment is only due once you are notified about the date and time of your test. After you are notified, payment is due by the end of the next business day.

Can I choose the location of my Rush Road Test?

Although we do try to accommodate specific requests, we only guarantee rush road tests within a 39/20-mile radius of your location, depending on which of our road test options You choose.

What if I’m not happy with the Rush Road Test you found me?

If for whatever reason you're not happy with the rush road test appointment we scheduled you, we can, as a one-time courtesy, reschedule for another date. Please note, the 10 business days resets. Please let us know about any special scheduling needs at the time of your order to avoid having to reschedule.

Do you service the entire New York State?

We do! However, we are unable to guarantee rush road tests on Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk counties) within ten business days. That said, we can still try to find you a rush road test on Long Island, but it may take a bit longer.

I already have a road test scheduled, can I keep it as a backup while you look for my Rush Road Test?

Unfortunately we are unable to search for and book rush road tests if you already have a road test scheduled. Please cancel any existing appointments before ordering your rush road test.

Do I have to pay anything to the DMV?

If this is your first or second road test, then no. However, the DMV does charge $10 after every two tests you take. If you’ve already taken two tests, please go to the DMV site to pay the fee before ordering your rush road test. PLEASE NOTE: Cancelling a test within 3 days of a scheduled road test is considered by the DMV as if the test was taken vis-à-vis the $10 fee.

What’s your refund policy?

We only offer refunds if you have not yet been notified about a scheduled rush road test date. Once we notify you about a scheduled road test appointment, and the test confirmed and paid for, we do not offer a refund on your road test. We do not offer refunds on our Classic Rush Road Tests.

LONG ISLAND & MID-HUDSON VALLEY RESIDENTS

Due to an increased difficulty in finding rush road tests on Long Island and the Mid-Hudson Valley, we cannot guarantee our service to Long Island, or Mid-Hudson Valley residents. While we can attempt to find rush road tests on Long Island, and are often successful, the closest county to Long Island in which we guarantee road tests is Queens. Therefore, any road test ordered by a Long Island resident will be scheduled somewhere in Nassau, Suffolk, or Queens counties. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Mid-Hudson Valley residents, please call the office at 718-336-2337 to discuss your options.
